BHIVA Spring Conference 2023

Abstract Submission

The abstract deadline is midnight Sunday 15th January 2023.

The British HIV Association invites research papers of high quality in areas of HIV research. Abstract submissions are peer reviewed for quality of research, scientific content, and logical presentation. Accepted abstracts are scheduled as oral or poster abstract presentations.

Submissions of up to 350 words (maximum) are invited until the 15th January deadline and authors will be informed of the decisions on Friday 10th February 2023.

For full submission guidelines, please click here.

Guidelines on the word count

Our online abstract submission system counts words slightly differently, in some cases, to Microsoft Word, and so we have produced guidelines to ensure all submissions are kept within the 350-word limit. Submissions over the word count are marked as incomplete and will be withdrawn if not amended by the submission deadline.

Please download the word count guidelines here.

Submissions are invited for relevant case presentations to be a part of this session during the BHIVA Spring Conference. The full guidelines for submission are here.

Submissions must follow the guidelines and be emailed to [email protected] no later than midnight Sunday 15th January 2023.
