Rates for non-BHIVA members1
1 Non-members may register for the meeting at the reduced member rate if their registration form is accompanied by a completed membership form and the appropriate payment (visit www.bhiva.org, www.nhivna.org, www.chiva.org, www.hivpa.org or www.dhiva.org.uk).
2 Non-medic rates are intended for delegates who do not hold a medical degree and may be relevant for medical students, nurses, pharmacists, statisticians and some scientists, as well as others.
3 All registrants from industry must pay industry rates even if they are members of BHIVA or other affiliated organisations. Only forms received with full payment will be accepted and processed.
All registered delegates will be able to download a copy of the final programme from the BHIVA website prior to the conference. A pocket programme will also be available on site. BHIVA members can take advantage of the discounted registration rates, as can those applying for BHIVA membership at the time of registering.
All industry and commercial employees will need to register at the industry rate regardless of whether they are BHIVA members. Only registrations that are accompanied by full payment (in sterling) will be accepted and processed. It remains the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that payment by any trust or department is received by the conference organiser by the due date. Please note that it is the policy of the conference organiser not to invoice delegates for individual registrations. Confirmations of registration will be automatically sent after registrations have been fully processed and payment has been taken.
Information provided by you as part of the registration process will be managed by Medivents Ltd and used for the purposes of managing your conference registration only. During the online registration process you will have the opportunity to indicate if you would like to be informed about other conferences and events being organised by BHIVA. In addition you will also be able to indicate if you would be happy to contacted by third-party partner organisations.
Cancellations will be accepted minus a 10% administration fee if received by Monday 2nd September. No refunds will be made for any cancellations after this date. Names changes will be accepted without charge until Friday 27th September. Any name change requests after this date will be managed on site and will be subject to a £20 fee.
Community Registration places are limited and will be allocated as fairly as possible, in principle on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of two registrations allocated per community group. To apply for a community registration place, please register online and indicate that your application is a community registration. If your organisation is applying for the first time, please include a brief résumé of the aims and objectives of your organisation on headed paper.
BHIVA Registration Scholarships have been made available to assist delegates to attend the conference. Up to 10 awards will be available to healthcare professionals who are retired, not working, or employed in a part-time or equivalent capacity (max 20 hours). Students involved in full-time undergraduate or post-graduate work will also qualify for these awards. The scholarship will cover the conference registration fee for the conference. Please apply in writing to the Conference Organiser when submitting your registration form.
