Date: 19–21 April 2021
We are pleased to announce that the Spring Conference 2021 will be a joint BHIVA/BASHH event.
Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, the two associations have jointly agreed that the conference will be delivered virtually via a bespoke digital platform. It will be interactive and immersive with a combination of live streamed and pre-recorded content.
We are keen to build on the success of our two recent virtual conferences and will be focusing on developing the interactivity and opportunities for online chat in a “virtual coffee shop” and enabling delegates to network more freely in the virtual environment.
We will also be creating greater opportunities for those who have abstracts and case presentations accepted for presentation. The use of a range of tools to allow for audience participation in the case presentation sessions and better opportunities for interaction for oral and poster presenters will all be incorporated into the conference.
Conference registration will open in January 2021.
The BHIVA and BASHH scientific committees are pleased to announce the call for abstracts for the 5th Joint Conference of the British HIV Association (BHIVA) and the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH).
We invite research papers of high quality in HIV and sexual health research. Abstract submissions are peer reviewed for quality of research, scientific content and logical presentation. Accepted abstracts are scheduled as oral or poster abstract presentations.
All abstracts should be submitted in English using the link below by 17:00 on Sunday 7th February 2021. Accepted abstract notifications will be sent out by Friday 12th March 2021.
