Regional Meetings

If you are a BHIVA member and have a regional meeting that you wish to have added to the BHIVA website HIV Events Diary, please send an email to with the following details:

  • Title of meeting
  • Outline of programme
  • Date and time
  • Venue
  • Registration fees (if any)
  • Any attendance restrictions (such as limited to members of a particular Trust or Network)
  • Name of organiser and contact details.

Please note that, if you wish to supply details of meetings that are held on a regular basis, the Secretariat will need the above information for each meeting to be held during a specific period, e.g. monthly meetings in any one year.
