The Hepatitis Working Group (BHWG) held a successful third conference in London in conjunction with the BHIVA Autumn conference. The topics covered included sessions on hepatitis D and E, and new drugs for hepatitis C.

The BHIVA guidelines on the management of coinfection with HIV-1 and hepatitis B or C virus were published in HIV Medicine in January 2010 (HIV Med, 2010, 11, 1–30) and they are also available on the BHIVA website.
