TELL HIVPA ABOUT THEM!

Many pharmacists and pharmacy technicians involved in HIV care regularly go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver excellent patient care. HIVPA would like you to help them recognise the excellent work of these individuals by awarding monetary prizes for education and training purposes.

Nominees and winners always express a great sense of pride and self-worth to be appreciated by the people they work closely with...

It's easy to nominate someone! Download the nomination form and simply provide a short outline (max 150 words) of the project or work undertaken by the nominee or why you feel the individual deserves recognition with the HIVPA excellence award.

Nominations should be made by Friday 30th May 2014 to be considered for the award. Three regional awards will be made from which a national award will be selected and the winners will be announced at the annual HIVPA Conference in June 2014.

Please note nominees must be a HIVPA member to be considered (check with colleagues if you don't want to raise suspicion with the nominee!).
