5th Annual BHIVA Conference for the Management of HIV/Hepatitis Co-infection - Detailed post-conference report

This Fifth Annual Conference for the Management of HIV / Hepatitis Co-infection in collaboration with BASL and BVHG was held at One Great George Street Conference Centre. Delegate feedback reported that the programme was varied, with many interesting presentations relevant to delegate’s professional and educational needs. In total 185 delegates attended the conference. This number included over 10 community registration places.

Conference Programme

Prizes and Awards

BHIVA Best SpR Case Presentation

This prize was awarded to the presenter of the best case presentation as part of the Difficult HIV/hepatitis co-infection SpR case presentation session held at the conference.

Dr Katherine Cartwright, a specialist registrar at Leicester Royal Infirmary was presented the award in 2012 towards her case presentation entitled 'A case of complications'.
