BHIVA opportunistic infection smartphone application

Wednesday 20th November 2013

The BHIVA opportunistic infection guidelines are now at your fingertips through BHIVA's new smartphone app. You may have seen the draft version being presented at the recent BHIVA Autumn Conference. This has now been tweaked and finalized and the live (final) version is now available online, free of charge, to all.

Please direct your mobile phone browser to http://www.bhivaguidelines.org to access. The app will install an icon to home screen and behave like a native app by following the instructions below:

Iphone/ipad users: navigate to page - share - add to home screen. For a step by step pictorial guide: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/mobile-phone/3447887/add-bookmarks-home-screen-on-iphone-ipad/

Android user: navigate to page - bookmark - open bookmark folder and add bookmark to home screen. For a step by step pictorial guide: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/google-android/3447950/add-bookmarks-home-screen-in-android/

BHIVA would like to thank Gabriel Schembri, Simon Edwards, Adrian Palfreeman, Rosy Weston, Lucy Hedley, June Minton, Laura Waters and Ruth Fish for their help in developing the app.

We would like to hear from you, so please leave feedback through the app itself. If anything appears to have been overlooked, please do bring it to our attention.

The BHIVA app was partly supported by funding from ViiV HC UK.
